Turtle.

The Turtle trip.
Why is this such a funny word?
I have some friends whose life connection started with this word.

Conversation from first love

Curled up in sleeping bags, in a tent by the coast.

Tell me something.
- You tell me something.
No, I don’t want to.
And I asked you first.

I tuck you in, kiss your cheek.

You didn’t tell me anything yet.

- Nor did you.
I asked you first.
- I asked you second.

It takes a lot to ask something you know.
- It takes a lot to answer, honestly and clearly.
- What do you want me to say?
Anything you think I might want to know.

The stars breathe quietly.

- Our hearts are very close together.
And our souls.

- I’m not sure I’m ready to say anything more than that.
That’s nice already.

Good night.
